Germany's Hesse State Finance Minister Thomas Schaefer committed suicide after apparently suffering from "deep concern," state Prime Minister Volker Schaefer, 54, was found dead near the railway track Saturday. The Wesbadan Prosecution Office said they believed his death was a suicide. "We are in shock, we are in disbelief, and above all we are very sad," Buffer said in a recorded statement. Hesse is located in Frankfurt, Germany's financial capital, where it is headquartered with major lenders such as Deutsche Bank and Commercial Bank. The European Central Bank is also based in Frankfurt. A surprisingly shocked Buffer recalled that Schaefer, who had been finance chief for Hess for 10 years, was working "day and night" to help companies and workers cope with the economic effects of the pandemic. He left behind a wife and two children.

(www.solugix.com) in 2013, providing IT solutions to small and medium companies
worldwide. In 2013, she was looking for a job so she applied to
different companies and got offers from all of them. But she didn’t join any
because none of the companies attracted her enough. That’s when she decided to
set up her own company, Solugix.
Her first company is successfully running and funding her second startup Rise
Mom (www.risemom.com). She have been participating as a panelist, at UNIDO,

WHAT IS RISEMOM?
RiseMom is actually a stress-free online daycare monitoring
system. RiseMom focuses on enabling professional women to balance the demands
of career advancement with the demands of motherhood, by creating a stress-free
online daycare monitoring system.
HOW IT WOR
|
The online platform and mobile application connect working
mothers to their kids through live video feeds and status updates about their
child’s activities. Rise Mom is established to empower
working mothers, it assist working women by keeping them remotely connected
with their children while they are at work. It offers an online day
care monitoring system through which the mothers while working in their office
can view online, at their own convenience, how their child is doing. If he is
sleeping or playing or crying.
WHAT WAS THE IDEOLOGY BEHIND RISEMOM?
RiseMom is designed
for young working mothers. These women have a dual responsibility of managing
their career and of taking care of their young ones. Most of the time, mothers
find it stressful to juggle both of these roles and hence end up quitting their
jobs. We are losing our talented women due to this reason. 60% of the women, in
Pakistan, leave jobs after becoming mothers because they are worried about
their infants while the rest of the 40% who continue to work call every 2 hours
at home or day care center to know how their child is doing. They are worried
about their child’s well-being.
“We
are enabling the mothers to be with their children even if they are at work”
THE AIM OF SIHAH
Her aim is to provide nothing
but complete transparency to working parents and peace of mind to working
mothers out there. For the future, she aims to establish Rise Mom as the
superhero of the daycare centers, and to provide best childcare and early
education services all across Pakistan. Furthermore, she intends to provide
services to new and expecting mothers and fitness programs for mothers.
Questions by
people and their answers by sihah
1) Your target audience are working parents especially
mothers. In a country like Pakistan where working women mostly rely on close
family members like parents or grandparents, do you think your startup will
experience growth in such a framework?
That is an
excellent question! Yes, I strongly believe that it would. Pakistani working
mothers usually ask their parents or grandmothers to look after their children
when they are not around. And those mothers call them almost every hour just to
remain updated about their child.
2) How do you plan to scale up your business?
